Shipping
Fast delivery so that you can measure quickly and have sufficient stock again quickly. That is very useful with medical devices. Ordered before 23:59 PM = delivered tomorrow. With DHL and Trunkrs for the Netherlands and Bpost for Belgium. Deliveries to a business address with DHL, ordered before 17:00 PM = delivered the next day. We also ship on weekends. And of course we package discreetly, so no logos on the box. Read all about our shipping and delivery times.
We do everything we can to deliver on time. But circumstances may cause delays. We then ask for your understanding.
You will always receive a confirmation by email when we have shipped your order. In this email you will find the track & trace information. You can also change things in this email. For example, the delivery time or, with DHL, choosing a collection point. DHL and Trunkrs deliver your order in the Netherlands. Orders can be delivered until 22:00 PM. Bpost delivers to Belgium, DHL to Germany and Colis Privé to France.
In the table below you will find the estimated delivery times. These apply to the Netherlands! For shipments to Belgium, please allow 1 to 2 days for delivery. Germany 2 to 3 working days and France 3 to 5 working days.

Large packages
If you order many products at the same time – for example 15+ packs of incontinence material – the package will be large. We still do not charge shipping costs, but shipping may take longer. Maximum 2 working days. This is because larger packages are sometimes sorted differently by DHL.
Collection point
You can choose the delivery address yourself. You can also specify a special delivery address that is different from your regular address (e.g. at work). You can also choose a collection point via DHL's track & trace mail. This at no extra cost. You then choose a DHL point near you.
Note: an order to a collection point can be delivered one day later than a home delivery! You will of course be kept informed via your track & trace.
Shipping
We charge €4,95 for shipping costs. For orders under €15 we are forced to charge €5,95 in shipping costs. Free shipping from €40.
For Belgium we charge €5,95 for shipping. We also ship free to Belgium from €40.
