Personal data that we process

Diabetesmagazijn.nl processes your personal data because you use our services and because you provide them to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

Payment traffic is handled by our Payment service providers. This is Mollie. In turn, they are also responsible for the protection of personal data. We have concluded a processing agreement with partners. This applies to payment service providers, hosting providers and shipping partners.

Saving orders

Orders are kept for one year (365 days). Within that year we can help you with questions about an order and you can request invoices via your account. You will of course always receive your invoice as a PDF with the order confirmation.

After one year (365 days) your order can no longer be found in our system. Your invoice can no longer be requested.

Special personal data that we process

Our website does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent.
