iDeal

The most used online payment method in the Netherlands is iDeal. You then pay safely in the environment of your own bank. All Dutch banks have embraced iDeal. You log in via a reader or via an app on your phone to complete the payment. You will immediately see that payment in your online banking environment (account statements).

Credit Card

The credit card is much less used in the Netherlands. This allows you to pay online quickly and securely. With a credit card you are also insured against fraud. However, there are additional costs associated with a payment with a credit card. After all, you buy on credit.

Apple Pay

Apple Pay is Apple's own payment method. For example, do you order via your iPhone? You will then see this payment method. Apple Pay is available in more than 35 countries. It uses your Wallet, in which you have set up your payment yourself. Only credit cards are supported at this time.

SEPA Credit Transfer

SEPA stands for Single Euro Payments Area. With SEPA, transfers can be made from any European payment account to any other European payment account. The amount can be transferred very easily via internet banking. SEPA transfers are supported in 34 countries.

With a transfer, you transfer the purchase amount yourself. Please note that we do not ship immediately once you order. Shipping will only take place once the amount has been credited to our account.

If you choose to transfer the money, the money must be transferred within 14 days, otherwise the order will be automatically canceled.

Bancontact

Bancontact is a Belgian payment system. It is the market leader in Belgium in the field of online payments, with more than 15 million cardholders. More than 80% of Belgian web shops accept Bancontact as an online payment method. You can pay us safely from Belgium with Bancontact.

KBC

KBC is also a payment option that is widely used in Belgium. KBC focuses on the Flemish-speaking part of Belgium. With KBC, users can easily pay via their trusted online banking environment. The payment is processed immediately.

Saving orders and invoices

Orders are kept for one year (365 days). Within that year we can help you with questions about an order and you can request an invoice via your account. You will of course always receive your invoice as a PDF with the order confirmation. After one year (365 days) your order can no longer be found in our system. Your invoice can no longer be requested.
