Returns

Have you ordered the wrong product? Or do you no longer need the product? You can return. However, strict conditions apply. After all, these are hygienic products.

Return

An order can be returned. Do this within 14 days and ensure that the packaging is unopened and undamaged! Do you want to return? Send us an email or text message with your order number and then return the package.

We recommend shipping with DHL. Unfortunately, PostNL makes a lot of mistakes in our neighborhood.

After receipt (and inspection of the product), we will transfer the full purchase amount to you. The shipping costs for returns are at your own expense. Returning products is your own responsibility. Pack the product well and ship with track & trace. Save the track&trace!

Note: Sealing seals must be intact. We never accept returns on packaging that has been opened. We can then no longer guarantee safety and hygiene. Opened hygienic products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

DHL will charge us for return costs if a package cannot be delivered after two deliveries or is not collected from a service point. These return costs are borne by the customer. If you return part of your order - and the order amount is therefore less than €40 - you are no longer entitled to free shipping. The amount due will then be settled.
