The Glucofix glucose meter is equipped with Near Field Communication (NFC) to export blood glucose values wirelessly via tablet or smartphone (except iPhone and iPad). Coding is automatic and you are kept informed of statuses by means of sound signals. Measure with only 0,5 µl of blood and get results within 5 seconds.

Technical information
The meter has meal markings and displays average values. The device has NFC functionality. 730 results can be stored. The measuring range is between 1.1-33.3mmol/L. Hematocrit range: 10 to 70%. Measuring method: Electrochemical based on glucose oxidase (GOD, from Aspergillus niger).
Unit of measurement: mmol/L (not adjustable to mg/dL)

Meter settings done and everything works like a charm again.
I remain a big fan of the A.Menarini glucose meters, the NFC is a big plus in my opinion.
The measurements are the same as the values measured by my internist and diabetes nurse.
