The test strips contain a test square at the end of each strip. You keep this part of the strip in your urine. If the color remains the same, you are not in ketosis (fat burning phase). Does the color change to light pink or purple? Then you are in ketosis. These test strips are from Ascensia, formerly Bayer. This product is widely used by people who want to lose weight. Many diabetics also use this tool, but it is not a test strip for a glucose meter!
